A circuit canvas is allowed if it is paused off-screen, respects reduced-capability devices, and never blocks LCP. We measure FPS in the loop and drop effects before we drop the brand.
Third-party scripts get the same budget as our own bundle. Analytics that costs 200ms of TBT does not ship on the homepage.
