We reply to every enquiry with practical next steps, as quickly as we can. After a short conversation about your goals, you receive a written proposal with scope, timeline and cost.
What should I include in my first message?
A few lines about what you want to build, who it is for, your deadline and a rough budget if you have one. Links to designs, documents or similar products help, but a rough idea is enough to get started.

Do I need a finished specification before contacting you?
No. Whether you have a clear plan or just a rough concept, we help shape it into a working product. Scoping, technical feedback and an estimate are part of our process.
Is there any commitment after I receive the proposal?
No. The discovery call and proposal are free and there is no lock-in — you decide if and when to start.
When is your team available?
Our team is based in Dhaka (GMT+6). We agree meeting times and communication channels that work across your time zone. Cover for live systems, including incidents outside business hours, is defined in a support plan.
Do I have to choose a development package before contacting you?
No. The package field is optional. Tell us about the project and your policies on AI tools, and we'll recommend Private / Local AI Engineering or Claude Code / OpenAI Codex Engineering during scoping.
