SaaS & MVP development
Build a SaaS product people can use
Turn a defined customer problem into a first release with the core workflows, accounts and business rules your product needs. Keep later ideas in a clear backlog.

A first release with a clear purpose
As a SaaS development agency, we help founders and product teams decide what belongs in an MVP, then design, build and validate it. A useful first release could be a customer portal, a booking system, a B2B dashboard or a subscription product. Custom SaaS development starts with the users, their main task and the evidence you need from launch. Next.js SaaS development is one option when it fits the product; architecture follows the agreed requirements.
What you receive
A practical delivery scope
First-release scope
User journeys, acceptance criteria, priorities and a backlog that separates the first release from later features.
Accounts and roles
Registration, sign-in, recovery and access rules for customers, staff and administrators, with organization separation where required.
Subscriptions where relevant
Plans, checkout, billing status and cancellation flows connected to an approved payment provider; one-time or manual billing can be simpler for an early release.
Dashboards and core workflows
The customer and admin screens needed to complete the main job, including empty states, validation, exports and permission checks.
Business integrations
A scoped set of CRM, payment, messaging or external data connections with ownership, failure handling and test cases agreed in advance.
Launch and handover
Reviewed source code, deployment configuration, setup documentation and a walkthrough so your team can run and continue the product.
Scope, preparation and support
A focused first step
Start with a scoping engagement or a defined discovery milestone. We agree deliverables, dependencies and pricing before committing to the build; dates follow the scope and review schedule.
What we need from you
Bring your target users, the problem to solve, existing research or designs, business rules and examples of the data involved. Identify who can approve scope and provide access to business accounts.
After handover
Continued product development, dependency updates, operational monitoring and incident handling are available under an agreed plan. Hosting and provider charges, support hours and response expectations are confirmed separately.
How the work starts and progresses
- 01
Define the release
Agree target users, the core workflow, success criteria, budget constraints and what to leave out.
- 02
Design and build milestones
Review the key screens and deliver working increments against agreed acceptance criteria.
- 03
Validate with realistic use
Test roles, data boundaries, billing and the main journeys; record remaining limitations before release approval.
- 04
Launch and plan the next iteration
Deploy with the agreed monitoring and recovery steps, hand over the product and prioritize feedback.
Two ways to work with AI tools
Choose where AI coding agents may process your code while we build. The engineering standard is the same either way.
- Private / Local AI Engineering
Privately hosted models inside infrastructure you control or an agreed isolated environment.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What belongs in a SaaS MVP?
Enough to let the intended user complete one valuable workflow and let you learn from real use. Accounts, payments and dashboards belong only where that workflow requires them; an MVP is not a fixed feature bundle.
Can you work from our designs or prototype?
Yes. We review the flows and existing code before scoping implementation. A partially working AI-built app may fit our AI App Rescue assessment instead of a new build.
Will we own and be able to continue the code?
Source, repositories, account ownership, documentation and third-party licenses are agreed in the engagement. Handover includes the setup and deployment information required for the delivered scope.
How long does startup MVP development take?
It depends on scope, integrations, available inputs and review cycles. We propose milestones after scoping and flag changes that affect the schedule; an illustrative timeline is not a delivery guarantee.
