AI app rescue
Finish and launch your AI-built app
A promising prototype can still have broken sign-in, incomplete billing or a risky deployment. Start with a scoped paid assessment and a completion plan grounded in the code you already have.

Find the gap between the demo and a usable release
If you need to finish a Lovable app, fix a Bolt or Replit prototype, or complete a SaaS built with Cursor and other coding tools, the first job is understanding what works. Our AI app completion services begin with the repository, current deployment and your intended user journeys. We identify what can be retained, what needs repair and what is missing. AI-generated code review informs a prioritized completion plan; a rewrite is recommended only when the assessment supports it.
What you receive
A practical delivery scope
Assessment and completion plan
An inventory of working flows, reproducible issues, missing functionality, dependencies and release risks, with recommended milestones and open questions.
Authentication and permissions
Review sign-in, account recovery and role boundaries, including Supabase authentication and database access policies where used.
Payments that match product access
Complete Stripe integration or another supported billing flow; check payment status, subscription changes, webhook retries and access changes.
Data and backend repairs
Trace browser actions through APIs and database rules, repair agreed data flows and remove exposed secrets through a controlled credential-rotation plan.
Release checks
Validate core journeys, error states, permissions and production configuration using test accounts and provider sandboxes.
Deployment and maintainable handover
A repeatable deployment, environment setup notes, a known-issues list and a walkthrough of the repaired code and remaining backlog.
Scope, preparation and support
A focused first step
The assessment is a separate paid scope. It produces findings and a recommended plan, not an unconditional commitment to finish every app at a fixed price or date.
What we need from you
Share the repository or export, a demo URL, a list of broken and unfinished flows, the intended launch scope and relevant account owners. Arrange access securely after agreement; do not send passwords or secrets in the enquiry.
After handover
We can continue with fixes, new features and operational support under an agreed plan. Legacy systems needing wider upgrades and staged migration belong in Application Modernization & Stabilization.
How the work starts and progresses
- 01
Scope a paid assessment
Agree the flows to inspect, access, assessment deliverables and fee before reviewing an unfamiliar codebase.
- 02
Decide what to retain and repair
Review the findings together, separate launch blockers from later improvements and approve a completion scope.
- 03
Repair and demonstrate
Work in reviewable changes, demonstrate the repaired journeys and validate them against agreed acceptance criteria.
- 04
Approve launch and handover
Resolve agreed blockers, document remaining risks and deploy after the launch checks and your approval.
Two ways to work with AI tools
Choose where AI coding agents may process your code while we build. The engineering standard is the same either way.
- Private / Local AI Engineering
Privately hosted models inside infrastructure you control or an agreed isolated environment.
Discuss with this package - Claude Code / OpenAI Codex Engineering
Claude Code and/or OpenAI Codex with cloud settings your organization approves.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can you finish my Lovable app without rebuilding it?
Often the useful code and screens can stay. We first check export and repository access, dependencies, authentication, data boundaries and the required flows. The assessment explains whether targeted repairs, refactoring or replacement is justified.
Will you fix Supabase authentication and Stripe integration?
These are common assessment areas. We inspect the implementation and account setup, then agree the specific repairs and tests. Provider approval, account restrictions and missing access may be external dependencies.
Can you promise a launch date from a demo link?
No. A demo does not show the full backend, permissions, dependencies or deployment state. A scoped assessment gives us a defensible basis for estimating completion milestones.
What if I only need an independent code review?
You can engage us for the assessment and take the findings to your own team. A broader independent review is also available through Code Audit & Review.
