Best fit when
Expert-led delivery using Claude Code and/or OpenAI Codex with approved cloud-model configurations. You buy our engineering capability, not a resold AI subscription.
- Your organization can approve commercial AI coding tools for the project.
- You want an AI-first workflow without hosting or maintaining models.
- You have a codebase that needs analysis, refactoring, tests or documentation.
- You want experienced engineers accountable for what the agents produce.
What the engagement includes
Codebase analysis
Agents help map an existing codebase, its dependencies and its risks, so engineers can plan changes with evidence.
Implementation and refactoring
Coding agents implement scoped tasks and refactor existing code; engineers break down the work and review the results.
Tests and documentation
Agents draft unit, integration and end-to-end tests and documentation, which engineers and QA review and extend.
Architecture and code review
Experienced engineers set the architecture and review changes before they are merged.
Designer-led product decisions
Product designers own user journeys, accessibility and interface quality; agents don't make product decisions.
Professional QA and managed releases
QA specialists test against requirements and real user flows, and releases go out through controlled pipelines.
How it works

- 02
Plan and break down
Engineers and designers turn goals into scoped, testable tasks with clear acceptance criteria.
- 03
Build with review
Agents implement, refactor and draft tests; engineers review, QA validates and designers check the experience.
- 04
Release and improve
Changes ship through controlled releases with monitoring. Development and operations can continue under a support plan.
Good to know
- You're buying our engineering capability, not a resold AI subscription.
- No dedicated model infrastructure is needed for this delivery approach.
- Deliverables depend on the engagement: a standalone QA or UX engagement doesn't include full development or hosting.

FAQ
Claude Code / OpenAI Codex Engineering: questions
Will Claude Code or Codex train on our code?
That depends on the provider's terms and the account settings used, so we don't assume either way. We agree the provider, account type, data handling and retention settings with you before any code is shared.
Can we use Claude Code, Codex or both?
Yes. We work with one or both, based on your organization's approvals and the work involved.
Do we need to buy the AI subscriptions?
It depends on your approvals. Some clients use their own accounts so settings stay under their control; in other engagements we use accounts we manage. We agree this up front.
Who is responsible for the code the agents write?
Our team is. Engineers review changes before they're merged, QA tests behavior against your requirements, and we answer for what we deliver.
Is this faster than a traditional project?
Agents speed up much of the implementation work, but we don't promise a fixed speed-up. Timelines are planned in the proposal from your actual scope.
