We review your goal and current situation, then clarify what is needed. Before work begins, we agree the scope and next step. An unfamiliar application may need a scoped paid assessment before a completion estimate.
What should I include in my first message?
Describe your goal, who the software is for and what already exists. A deadline, rough budget and links to designs or a live application are useful if available. Do not send passwords, access keys or confidential source code.

Do I need a finished specification?
No. A short explanation of your goal is enough to start a conversation. We can then agree whether you need a scoping exercise, an assessment of existing software or a defined development engagement.
Can you work with our agency?
Yes. Tell us the type of client work, available designs, your preferred communication process and whether you need an ongoing partner or help with a defined delivery. A small paid pilot can be agreed before a wider engagement.
How do you arrange meetings and support?
Our team is based in Dhaka (GMT+6). Meeting times, communication channels and any support coverage are agreed for the engagement.
Do I have to choose an AI delivery option first?
No. Start with the software you need. If you arrive from an AI delivery option page, your preference is carried into the form and can be changed. We can discuss Private / Local AI Engineering and Claude Code / OpenAI Codex Engineering, including code and data handling, during scoping.
