One URL per language
English as the default locale should not also live under /en. Duplicate locale prefixes split ranking and confuse Search Console. We canonicalise English to the root and keep bn, he, and ar prefixed.
Every template emits hreflang plus x-default. Sitemaps list all four. RTL pages get dir and a font that actually contains the script.
