Salesforce Integration
Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and API integrations that keep Salesforce in sync with your other systems, with clear data ownership, sandbox testing and alerts when a sync fails.
Connecting Salesforce to the rest of your stack
Salesforce holds your customer records, but its value depends on the systems around it. Common problems: duplicate records from retried syncs, automations that hit governor limits, integrations that fail without anyone noticing, and Workflow Rules or Process Builder automations nobody wants to touch. We build Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and API integrations for sales, service and operations teams, with clear data ownership, sandbox testing and monitoring of failed syncs.
AI-assisted, expert-led Salesforce development
How AI assists
- Drafts Apex, Lightning Web Components and Apex test classes from agreed requirements for review
- Reads org metadata to map objects, fields, automations and dependencies before anything changes
- Generates integration test cases: duplicate keys, validation-rule failures, limit errors, partial batch failures
- Summarizes debug logs and failed sync records so engineers can trace the cause
What our experts own
- Engineers own the data model, which system owns each field, and the sharing and permission model
- Integration users, OAuth apps and Named Credentials are configured and reviewed by people
- Every change passes sandbox testing, code review and Apex tests before a production deploy you approve
- Migrated data is signed off against reconciliation counts by your team and ours
How an order syncs between Salesforce and ERP
Illustrative event-driven sync; your org's limits and data volumes may call for batch jobs instead.
Deal closes
A closed-won opportunity publishes a Platform Event, keeping the ERP call out of the user's save transaction.
ERP order created
Your integration service receives the event and creates the ERP order, keyed on the Salesforce record ID.
Numbers written back
ERP order and invoice numbers return by upsert on an external ID; a replay updates the same record.
Errors on the record
Validation or limit errors are logged on the record, and its sync status shows sales what failed.
Replay after fix
Records that failed wait in an error queue and replay through the same path once fixed.
Checkpoint: Salesforce admin approves the replay
Count and total check
Closed-won opportunities are compared with ERP orders by count and total, listing any missing on either side.
Checkpoint: Sales ops reviews the gap list
When something fails: ERP calls that fail retry with backoff before reaching the error queue, which alerts your admins; API usage near org limits raises a warning.
What you receive
Salesforce development and integration work
Apex and Lightning Web Components
Apex classes, bulkified triggers and Lightning Web Components with tests, built to stay within governor limits and respect your org's sharing rules.
API and system integrations
REST, Bulk and Composite API integrations with ERP, billing and support tools, using external IDs and upserts so retries don't create duplicates.
Flow automation and migration
Record-triggered and screen Flows for routing and approvals, migration from Workflow Rules and Process Builder, and fault paths that log errors.
Data migration and deduplication
Migration from HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive or spreadsheets with field and owner mapping, duplicate rules, sandbox test loads and a reconciliation report.
Packaging and AppExchange prep
Unlocked or managed packages, plus preparation for AppExchange security review if you plan to list an app. The listing and review are in your name.
Reporting and sync monitoring
Reports, dashboards and CRM Analytics, plus a sync status on records so users can see failures, and alerts on failed syncs and API usage.
Prepare an integration that your team can operate
Access and inputs
Provide sandbox access, edition and API availability, object and field definitions, existing automations and permission requirements. Identify an admin and the system of record for every synchronized object.
A realistic first scope
Begin with named objects and a bounded sync or automation flow. Check volume, limits and existing triggers first; data cleanup, broad org redesign and public marketplace approval are separate dependencies or scope items.
Handover and maintenance
We deliver the agreed connection, test evidence, configuration notes and recovery instructions. Assign an owner for alerts and reconciliation. Provider changes, credentials and ongoing monitoring can be maintained under an agreed support plan; provider charges remain separate.
How we work in your Salesforce org
- 01
Org and integration audit
Review objects, automations, permissions, API usage and existing integrations, and agree which system owns each piece of data.
- 02
Data and integration design
Design objects, sharing, the integration pattern (Platform Events, Change Data Capture or batch), error handling and what users see when a sync fails.
- 03
Build in sandboxes
Build in sandboxes or scratch orgs with code review, Apex tests and contract tests against the connected systems' test environments.
- 04
Deploy, train and monitor
Deploy through a reviewed pipeline, train admins and users, and monitor failed syncs and API limits; ongoing support is agreed in a plan.
Two ways to work with AI tools
AI helps draft integration code and contract tests. Choose where it may process your code and API data.
- Private / Local AI Engineering
Privately hosted models inside infrastructure you control or an agreed isolated environment.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you work with Classic, Lightning and older automation?
Yes. We build in Lightning, with Lightning Web Components and Flow, and we maintain or migrate Classic pages, Visualforce, Workflow Rules and Process Builder automations. Each migrated automation is tested against the old behavior in a sandbox before it is deployed.
Can you integrate Salesforce with Shopify?
Yes. We build two-way sync for orders, customers and inventory between Salesforce and Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. First we agree which system owns each field, then match records by external ID or email, verify Shopify webhooks, and log every failed sync so it can be retried instead of silently dropped.
Does our CRM data go to AI tools?
AI tools work on code and metadata, and on sample data only as agreed. We prefer sandboxes with masked or synthetic records. With Private / Local AI Engineering, models run inside a boundary you control; with Claude Code / OpenAI Codex Engineering, provider terms, data handling and retention settings are agreed before work starts.
